CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. However, to ensure fairness and provide the best service for all clients, I kindly ask for your cooperation with the following policies: Deposit Forfeiture • If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future booking. • If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, your deposit will be forfeited and will NOT go toward a future appointment. • No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee and will require full prepayment for any future bookings. Late Cancellations & No-Shows 🔹 Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, your 50% deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. 🔹 No-Shows: If you fail to show up without notice, a 100% no-show fee will be applied. Multiple Reschedules • Excessive rescheduling may result in a cancellation fee or loss of booking privileges.
